Project Update

In June of 2022 TECH completed a bookstore and student lounge for Texas Independent Baptist Seminary in Longview Texas. This was the second project that Eric signed as an architect. The existing campus consists of two primary buildings, a dorm and a classroom/ office building. These existing spaces have limited room for students to congregate after hours to study or just hang out. The proposed space will provide an additional 4,000 square feet for students to grab a coffee and relax with friends. The building has been under construction for a few months and has been, like many buildings, delayed by supply chain issues. The General Contractor has not provided an updated completion date, but they have exterior brick and glazing scheduled to begin in the next week or so. We will update you more as the building reaches completion.
